Every three years the faculty chooses a new group of graduate students to train in programs tailored for the actor, the designer, and the technologist. Two years of studio work prepare trainees for the third year of one-on-one work with faculty advisors, in which creative thesis projects are developed and presented as part of the Department's main season.
