Rehearsal Room Reservation

Rehearsal Room Reservation Form (MS Word)
To be used by students requesting space in the Drama building.
Form must be completed and emailed as an attachment to Caitlin McLeod at hcm4t@virginia.edu

Please Review the Guidelines below before reserving a space:

202 students can book no more than ONE hour of rehearsal per week, e.g., one hour for each scene.
300 level students can book no more than TWO hours per week per project.
400, 600, 700, 800 level students can book no more than THREE hours per week per project.

Requests will be processed on a first come, first served basis, within the frame-work of a priority of scheduling.

The following is the list of priority of scheduling for the rehearsal rooms in the building:

For Room 115 B and 115 C outside of scheduled class time
1.  Main stage Productions
2.  Drama Residencies
3. Classes: in descending order (900- 200), including all Independent Studies
4.  Approved Lab Series
5.  Dance Concert rehearsals

For Room B006 outside of scheduled class time
1. Main stage Productions
2. Classes: in descending order (900- 200), including all Independent Studies
4.  Approved Lab Series
3.  Dance Concert Rehearsals

It is the responsibility of ALL cast/project members to restore studios to original condition e.g., chairs stacked, lab furniture stacked, all props, personal items, garbage REMOVED!!!

No smoking, drinking or eating in any studio unless it is a necessary element of the project.
