Tickets and subscriptions for the 2012-2013 Season will be sold through the U.Va. Arts Box Office. The U.Va. Arts Box Office is located in the lobby of the U.Va. Drama Building. Hours of operation are Noon to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. For information about refunds, exchanges, payment and other box office policies, visit the U.Va. Arts Box Office website. Note: a $3.75 processing fee applies to online and phone orders.

Free U.Va. Student Tickets
All full-time enrolled, degree-seeking U.Va. students can reserve one complimentary ticket for every performance of the six mainstage Drama Department events. This includes undergraduate students in any school and graduate students in any school, including Medical, Law, and Darden students; and all students enrolled in the School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Reservations can be made online and end at 11:59 pm the day before an event or when the allocation of complimentary tickets is exhausted. Student tickets are not transferable, and U.Va. students must present their student ID at the Arts Box Office, or at the venue box office, in order to pick up their ticket. Free U.Va. student tickets that are not picked up at least thirty minutes before an event may be released to allow other patrons at the door the opportunity to purchase tickets. U.Va. students must present their ticket and student ID at the door for admission. Note: Complimentary student tickets are not available for Dance, Guest Artist or other special events.
Accessibility and Seating
Both theatres are handicap accessible. To reserve handicap seating, please order your tickets over the phone or in person.
All shows start on time, and late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the house manager. Seating in the Helms Theatre is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parking
Patrons can park in the Culbreth Road Parking Garage located adjacent to the Helms and Culbreth Theatre building. The parking garage, theatre and Arts Box Office are located on Culbreth Road which can be accessed from Rugby Road or University Avenue. Parking is free for theatre patrons during all Drama and Dance performances. During the day, please park only in the reserved 15 minutes Arts Box Office spaces as the garage is permit-only from 7:30am and 5pm. To locate the two Box Office parking spaces, enter the garage, turn immediately right and park in the last two spaces on the right before you turn the corner or get to the accessible parking spaces.
