Reporters are invited to attend the e-summit@virginia -- a conference about the Internet, and on the Internet, that will be led by a panel of University of Virginia alumni who have helped pioneer the Digital Age, and are virtually directing its future. The conference will be held Nov. 12 and 13, 1999 on the historic grounds of the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.

Press Passes: To ensure seating in conference sessions, please pick up a press pass in advance, either at the Office of University Relations, Booker House, 1709 University Ave., or at the media table in the Old Cabell Hall Auditorium lobby. The University Relations office and Cabell Hall will both open at 8 a.m. Nov. 12. Press passes may also be mailed to you or picked up at the University Relations office any time before the conference. To have a pass mailed please call Penney Catlett at (804) 924-7620 or 924-1400.
