EVPECC Council Minutes for July 20^th, 2006

Program:

Council Business

Membership Changes: Anna Rugo will be the new representative for Business Operations. New facilities’ reps will be Reggie Steppe and Richard Barbour. The representatives were welcomed to the council.

1. Old Business;

· The changes to both the Bylaws and representative structure are still being reviewed for final approval.

· Day of Caring volunteers are needed to participate on September 20, 2006.

Museum Tour

The Council toured the University of Virginia Art Museum prior to the meeting. For museum details, please see http://www.virginia.edu/artmuseum/

2. New Business:

· June 15^th meeting minutes were approved for distribution.

· Questions for the meeting with Mr. Sandridge should be submitted in advance.  While Missy will solicit questions prior to the meeting, reps are welcome to ask questions during the meeting.

There is no meeting in August, so our next meeting will be September 21^st, 2006 from 11:30am.-1:00pm. Leonard Sandridge, Executive VP and Chief Operating Officer, will be the guest speaker. The meeting will be held at 400 Ray C Hunt, conference room A.
