Faculty Recruitment, Retention, Retirement, & Welfare Committee

Committee Charge:

This committee was constituted in 2006 to focus attention on issues of faculty welfare, including recruitment and retention. It is charged with identifying and prioritizing both short-range and long-range issues as well as proposing strategies for improving faculty welfare across Grounds. The Committee developed and implemented a University-wide Faculty Survey (available on the Senate website) and meets with University officials to discuss ongoing university efforts in light of the survey results.
