U.Va.'s Family Weekend, sponsored and scheduled by the Office of Orientation and New Student Programs, is a wonderful opportunity for families to visit with their students and celebrate their accomplishments. The weekend also allows families to experience together the rich diversity of life on Grounds, familiarize parents with the many resources available to their students at the University, and give them a sense of the intellectual life on Grounds.

Family Weekend 2008 will take place October 24-26. We welcome you to take advantage of the myriad programs offered throughout the weekend. No registration is required to attend Family Weekend; however, some individual events may require pre-registration and/or an admission fee.

Please refer to the Family Weekend schedule for more information about these events.
