Family Weekend 2011 is Oct. 28–30
We welcome you to take advantage of the myriad programs offered throughout the weekend. No registration is required to attend Family Weekend; however, some individual events may require pre-registration and/or an admission fee.
Please refer to the Family Weekend schedule for more information about these events.
One of Family Weekend's most popular events, the dinners allow families to dine together in the Dome Room of the Rotunda—the University's original library—while listening to a lecture from one of the University's premier faculty members.
The College of Arts and Sciences, School of Engineering and Applied Science, School of Architecture, and School of Nursing honor their top-performing third-year students, and the university presents its highest faculty award, the Thomas Jefferson Award.
In this student-directed two-part festival, experience the diversity of the university through food, dance, presentations, and performance.
With over 60 events planned for Family Weekend, there's something for everyone.
