Mission
To provide financial and administrative leadership, and services of the highest quality, to the University community.Our responsibilities:
- To collect monies owed to the University
- To record and report the movement of monies through the University's accounts
- To negotiate, approve, and administer certain contracts made between the University and external entities
- Track material University assets
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and University fiduciary rules and regulations
- Prepare official institutional financial, tax compliance, and other regulatory reports and statements
- Conduct financial studies and analyses and prepare executive and departmental management information
- Develop and distribute financial policies and procedures to guide the day-to-day financial activities of the institution
