Our responsibilities:
To collect monies owed to the University
To record and report the movement of monies through the University's accounts
To negotiate, approve, and administer certain contracts made between the University and external entities
Track material University assets
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and University fiduciary rules and regulations
Prepare official institutional financial, tax compliance, and other regulatory reports and statements
Conduct financial studies and analyses and prepare executive and departmental management information
Develop and distribute financial policies and procedures to guide the day-to-day financial activities of the
institution
