Mission

To provide financial and administrative leadership, and services of the highest quality, to the University community.

Our responsibilities:

  • To collect monies owed to the University
  • To record and report the movement of monies through the University's accounts
  • To negotiate, approve, and administer certain contracts made between the University and external entities
  • Track material University assets
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and University fiduciary rules and regulations
  • Prepare official institutional financial, tax compliance, and other regulatory reports and statements
  • Conduct financial studies and analyses and prepare executive and departmental management information
  • Develop and distribute financial policies and procedures to guide the day-to-day financial activities of the institution
