TITLE:  REFUND OF STUDENT ACTIVITY FEES         POLICY: XV.D.2x
 
                                                                   
   A student who objects to the use of his or her Student Activity 
Fee payment to support particular speech activities may obtain a 
partial refund of that payment. The refund will be in the form of a
credit to the student's University account, as maintained by the 
University Bursar.

   The request for a refund must be made in person by the student 
seeking the refund. The student must present his or her valid student 
identification card, and a completed refund request form, to the 
Student Activities Business Manager's Office in the 
Office of the Dean of Students , Peabody Hall. The 
Request Form for a Refund Credit of Student Activity Fee Payment 
is available on-line from the University Forms Directory. The form is 
a PDF document.
