TAX INFORMATION TO EMPLOYEES AND DEGREE CANDIDATES

1.0 Purpose

This policy describes the general rule of the University for giving tax information to employees and degree candidates.

The University does not, as a general rule, provide tax advice to employees or degree candidates. The only department authorized to provide tax information, and then only in specific situations, is University Human Resources. All other departments should refer requests for information to University Human Resources.
