As stated in the University Travel Card Program Policy (FIN-017), every University Travel Card cardholder is required to take the Annual Travel Card Training Program.

New Travel Cardholders must complete the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Travel Cardholder training before their application will be forwarded to Bank of America for final approval.

Existing Travel Cardholders must complete the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Travel Cardholder training every year. Cardholders will begin to receive reminder emails about the training in March and will have until May 15th to complete the training. Please note that the University must certify that every Travel Cardholder has completed their Travel Card training by June. IF Cardholders do not complete the required training by June, their Travel Card will be cancelled.

All Travel Cardholders must log into the Commonwealths of Virginia’s Learning Management System (LMS) in order to access the training module. Cardholders should download the Accessing the Knowledge Center in Learning Management System (LMS) Manual and follow the step by step instructions on how to log on to the system.

Once Cardholders have successfully logged into the Learning Management System (LMS), download Accessing Travel Card Cardholder Training in the Learning Management System (LMS) and follow the step-by-step instruction on how to complete the training.

Please be sure to follow the instructions outlined step-by-step as there are two steps that must be completed in order to receive credit for taking the training.
