To apply for financial aid, all students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The University Financial Aid Application (UFAA) is also required for all BIS, Entering and Graduate students. Be sure to read the directions carefully and make sure to meet all necessary deadlines. Missed deadlines can affect your eligibility for specific forms of financial aid.

*You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to open our forms. This software is free and can be downloaded from the Adobe website. It is recommended that you download at least Version 5.0 or higher. All UVA Financial Aid forms are available as "fillable" PDF forms. You will be able to type the information required in each form while you are online. Once you have completed each form, you must print, sign, date and mail or fax it to our office. Please note that these PDF forms cannot be saved to a file. Also, to ensure your privacy, please clear the brower's cache after completing your form.
