Center for Applied Linguistics (CAL) in Washington is looking to fill the following positions: PROGRAM ASSISTANT DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Under the supervision of the Director, will provide general administrative support to the Language Testing Division, both for divisional activities and for various projects within the Division. Activities include but are not limited to using Microsoft Office programs for correspondence, proposals, professional documents and databases; organizing travel and conference logistics; organizing divisional supplies and files; etc. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Must have three to five years of general office experience. Good computer skills with Microsoft Office package, Outlook (or other e-mail program) and database programs (e.g., Access or FileMaker Pro) are important. Must have the ability to prioritize work on several projects at the same time and pay attention to detail. CAL has an excellent benefit package.
