French Language (all levels); French Civilization: France’s Art, Literary, and Cultural History; Surveys of French literature; Comparative Caribbean Literatures and Cultures; French Colonial Empire; Phonetics.

 Current book project:
The Monster in Caribbean literature. 

 Research interests:

Francophone and Caribbean Studies, New World Studies, the Gothic, the Monster.

• “From Gothic Monster to New World Protagonist: Caribbean Legerdemain” (pending).
• Transvestism in Severo Sarduy’s De donde son los cantantes (pending).
