 Research Interests: Gallo-italian dialectology, French phonetics (articulatory and perceptual), phonological variation, historical linguistics, applied linguistics, languages in contact, French sociolinguistics, French lexicography and foreign language learning.

 Teaching Interests: Courses in French language and linguistics, including phonetics and phonology, the history of French, the French language today, translation theory, applied French linguistics, French Sociolinguistics.
