Departmental News:

Kandioura Dramé was invited by the Department of French at Rutgers to give a lecture on "Early African Writings in French", 7 February 2003.

The Société des Anciens Textes Français has announced the publication of the new critical edition of the fourteenth-century Crusade epic Baudouin de Sebourc, by Larry S. Crist and Robert F. Cook.

Alumni News:

Pascale Barthe (Ph.D. '02) has accepted a tenure-track position at UNC-Wilmington. She will be joining Alison (Tiki) Murray who also holds a Ph.D. from our Department.
