Order in the Court: A Real-Life Look at Criminal Procedure

In order to help students prepare for and understand what may happen during the trial of George Huguely starting Feb. 6, President Sullivan has asked U.Va. law professor Anne Coughlin to give an informative presentation that goes beyond the sensationalism of criminal trial coverage and explains the facts about criminal law and procedure in Virginia. There will be time for questions and answers. After the program, refreshments will be served in the lobby outside Wilson 402.

Program will satisfy a FOA requirement.
