Spotlight on Delta Upsilon’s New House

October 28th, 2010

Over the weekend of October 9, members of Delta Upsilon moved into their new chapter at 135 Madison Lane.  The new house has 7,000 square feet of living space on three floors. It is of neo-classical design, featuring brick construction, a columned two-story portico, and a standing-seam metal roof. Inside, there are fifteen single bedrooms, two of which are accessible for the disabled, and all of which are wired for cable and Internet. The building has large common areas for meeting, dining, studying, relaxing and entertaining. It features amenities such as wireless Internet access and central air conditioning, employs energy-saving and “green” design, and incorporates safety devices such as fire sprinklers throughout the house.  Read more about the new house here.

Congratulations to the men of Delta Upsilon!
