C.S. Brent Winn, Jr

Mr. Winn is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, but has lived in Richmond, Virginia since 1985. Mr. Winn has held positions with a variety of small businesses, most recently serving as a director and the Chief Financial Officer of Marz Industries, Inc. since 2010. Marz is an early stage company that is developing proton exchange membrane (PEM) based technology to improve fuel efficiency for the trucking industry. In addition, Mr. Winn provides fractional CFO and financial advisory services to other early stage, emerging businesses. Mr. Winn received a B.A. in history from the University of Virginia, an undergraduate accounting degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University, and an M.B.A. from the College of William and Mary. He is married to the former Tina Gregg and has two stepsons, ages 11 and 13
