UVa Rotunda

The Office of State Governmental Relations (SGR) supports the University's mission and goals by:

representing the University's position on state governmental issues and serving as a liaison between the University and state officials/agencies;
monitoring and tracking legislative and state issues affecting the University;
advancing the University’s legislative, operating, and capital priorities; and
educating the University community about state relations.
