How to Order Season Subscriptions and Season Plus Groucho Subscriptions

Online, in person, by phone, or by mail: Beginning Monday, April 7, at noon season subscriptions will go on sale at http://www.uvahtf.org, in person, by phone at 434-924-3376 or by mail at the U.Va. Arts Box Office located in the lobby of the Drama Building. 

In Person: To order in person, please be aware that the box office will be open Monday – Friday from noon until 5pm until April 29 and will not reopen until June 4.  Only internet and mail orders will be accepted from April 30 to June 3.  Starting June 4, our hours will be 10am-4pm Monday—Saturday.  Parking is available in metered spots behind the building or in the cut-in in front of the building.  

Phone: Order subscriptions beginning Monday, April 7, by phone at 434-924-3376 between noon and 5 pm, Monday through Friday until April 29.  A $3.75 processing fee applies.  Starting June 4, our hours will be 10am-4pm Monday—Saturday.

Mail:
Use the form in our Season Brochure to place your season subscription or season plus Groucho order. Orders will be filled and mailed out in the order they are received. Please do not use this order form for single ticket orders. A $3.75 processing fee applies to mail orders. Season Brochures were mailed out on April 3, 2014. Email heritage@virginia.edu to request a season brochure.

Note: All sales are final, and there are no refunds.

SEASON SUBSCRIPTIONS

A Season subscription is the most flexible and inexpensive way for you to attend all of our shows on the night you want in the seats you want. Prices are as follows:

Adult: $120 (savings of $15 over single tickets)
Senior (Age 60+): $100 (savings of $15 over single tickets)
Student/Child: $65
U.Va. Alumni Association Members: $100 (savings of $15 over single tickets)
U.Va. Faculty/Staff: $100 (savings of $15 over single tickets)

Season PLUS Groucho Tickets

Adult: $150
(savings of $15 over single tickets)
Senior (Age 60+): $125
(savings of $15 over single tickets)
Student/Child: $80
U.Va. Alumni Association Members: $125
(savings of $15 over single tickets)
U.Va. Faculty/Staff: $125
(savings of $15 over single tickets)



INDIVIDUAL TICKETS
The Heritage Box Office will open for individual ticket sales online, in person, and by phone beginning Wednesday, June 4 from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and we will reopen one hour before curtain on performance nights.  A $3.75 processing fee applies to all online and phone orders.

Tickets may be purchased online with VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express and by phone or in-person with cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

Accessibility and Seating
The Culbreth, Helms, and Ruth Caplin Theatres are handicap accessible. To reserve handicap seating, please order your tickets over the phone or in person. All shows start on time, and late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the house staff. Please arrive early to ensure your full enjoyment of the performance.

Parking
Patrons can park in the Culbreth Road Parking Garage located adjacent to the Drama Building theatres.  The parking garage and theatres are located on Culbreth Road which can be accessed from Rugby Road or University Avenue.  Parking is free for theatre patrons during all Heritage performances. 

During the day, please park only in the box office spots in the cut-out on Culbreth Road or in the metered spots at the rear of the Drama Building.
