"All the Missing Souls: A Personal History of the War Crimes Tribunals"

Professor of law and director of the Center for International Human Rights at Northwestern University School of Law, David Scheffer served as the first U.S. Ambassador-at-Large for War Crimes Issues and led American initiatives on war crimes tribunals during the 1990s.  He is the author of the recent book, All the Missing Souls: A Personal History of the War Crimes Tribunals (http://press.princeton.edu/titles/9520.html).  

Prof. Scheffer will discuss contemporary issues in war crimes and provide a historical overview of war crimes tribunals. Following the event, Prof. Scheffer will sign copies of his book, which will be available for purchase.
