Honor Surveys around grounds

• Honor educators will be stationed around grounds encouraging students to test their knowledge of the Honor system.  Candy and prizes will be provided for students who participate in the survey.

Monday, March 30th

Honor Theme Night at Newcomb and OHill Dining Halls

• Honor educators will be stationed at both Newcomb and OHill to discuss Honor with students.  Educators will be passing out information about the Honor system and hosting Honor trivia with prizes for students who demonstrate their knowledge of the system.

Tuesday, March 31st

The Cheating Culture – scandal and controversy in politics, business and medicine at the Newcomb Kaleidoscope

• At this event, 3 faculty members from the politics department, medical school and commerce school will discuss ethical issues that they have witnessed within their respective fields.  Students who attend will engage in a dialogue with the professors about the issues presented.  Students will also have the opportunity to ask the panel questions regarding ethics or their careers more broadly. 
• Following the panel light hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be served.  This will serve as a time for students and professors to mingle and converse more informally. 

Wendesday, April 1st 7PM

The Honor Diversity Forum in Minor 125

• This event will focus on  the ways in which Honor currently addresses/fails to address the issues that pertain to unique groups, and suggestions for future improvement in Honor's efforts to become more representative of and responsive to the needs and concerns of all of the members of the UVA community.  The Forum will feature a University speaker (to be announced) followed by small group discussion sessions facilitated by leaders from numerous CIOs around Grounds and Honor Support Officers.  Participants in the small groups will share their ideas and experiences regarding Honor and collaborate to come up with concrete steps Honor need to take to become an organization that better represents the entire University community.  Ultimately, participants will be able to help hold Honor accountable to proposed actions and participate in Honor's implementation of said ideas.  All students are encouraged to attend. Food will be provided.

Honor Benefits Forum in Garden IX

• Please join Honor for free food and drinks to celebrate the University's unique and treasured community of trust. The Benefits Benefit will serve as the culminating event of Honor Awareness Week, four days in which Honor gives back to the University and its students. This is a great opportunity for faculty and students to interact with those who are most knowledgeable of the Honor process and to ask questions and voice concerns. We look forward to seeing you there!
