found a second- and third-year student in the College of Arts &
Sciences and not guilty of cheating.
On Sunday, April 1, 2001, a panel of randomly selected students
found a second-year student in the College of Arts & Sciences not

found a third-year student in the School of Engineering and Applied

student in the McIntire School of Commerce guilty of lying and
cheating.
