Many major University of Virginia facilities are available. Conference Services can coordinate your reservation for these facilities, as well as your equipment and catering arrangements.

The Rotunda
|
The Rotunda, the most recognizable symbol of the University of Virginia, was designed by Thomas Jefferson as the architectural
and academic heart of his University. The Rotunda [virtual tour]
is located at the north end of the Lawn and is the focal point of the
Academical Village, as Jefferson called the University. Several of the
Rotunda's air-conditioned rooms are available for conference use. Rental fees vary according to room and time; Conference Services
staff will provide you with an estimate and advise you on the rooms best suited to your needs.

Located on the main floor of the Rotunda, the North Oval Room is ideal for intimate meetings. |

 The Gardens |
The Gardens, located between the Lawn and the Range and behind the Pavilions, are part of Thomas Jefferson's original design
for the University. Each Garden is uniquely designed and meticulously maintained and offers an unforgettable setting for

 Jefferson Hall |
Jefferson Hall is located in Hotel C on the West Range. It was designed by Thomas Jefferson and has been home to the
Jefferson Literary and Debating Society since the University of Virginia opened. With period-appropriate appointments,
Jefferson Hall is a striking setting for your meeting or lecture. Jefferson Hall lacks air conditioning, but fans
are available to cool the room. |

Alumni Hall
|
Alumni Hall, located on Emmet Street across from the Central Grounds parking garage, is the home of the University of Virginia Alumni Association.
Alumni Hall has elegant rooms available for meetings, presentations, and special occasions from receptions to auctions.

 The Orange and Blue Rooms |
Located centrally in Alumni Hall, these divided rooms are ideally suited for small meetings or luncheons. Individually the rooms seat 25
theater-style; with the divider removed they together seat 50 theater-style or 35 conference-style. |

The Board Room seats 34 participants around an executive-style I-shaped table with seating for an additional 10-15 around the perimeter
of the room. Elegantly appointed, this room features a descending screen for presentations.

Featuring hardwood floors, a wet bar running the full length of the room, and 3,000 square feet of space, the Jefferson Room is ideally

can accommodate up to 500 in a standing reception. The room has a large descending screen for presentations. |

 The Inn At Darden |
The Inn At Darden, a stunning executive residential and dining facility with modern amenities, is located adjacent to the
Darden School of Business. The Inn At Darden includes 180 beautifully appointed air-conditioned
guest rooms, each with a private bath and queen-size bed. The Inn At Darden also offers 20 spacious conference rooms for meetings and lectures.
Also available for use within the facility is the Trustees Dining Room, which accommodates up to 250 patrons and is highly regarded for its impeccable service and exceptional cuisine. |
