Conference Services provides on-Grounds housing for the annual LOOK3 Festival of the Photograph. Residences are located near the Charlottesville Free Trolley route, which runs to the Downtown Mall several times an hour.

Pricing


  • $44 per person per night for single room
  • $72 per couple per night for double room
  • Parking passes will be available to purchase at check-in for $15.00

Accommodations


Guests will stay in air-conditioned single dormitory rooms in the Hereford Residential College area. Each room is furnished with one extra long twin bed, including pillows, pillowcases, sheets, towels and washcloths. A limited amount of double rooms are available for couples. Communal bathrooms are located on the hall.

Housekeeping service is provided daily.

Internet Access


LOOK3 will contact you prior to your arrival with further instruction on internet access.

Reservation forms


A $50.00 late fee will apply to all reservation submitted after the deadline. No reservations will be accepted after 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 3, 2013.

Check-In/Check-Out


Guests may check in at Hereford Residential College between 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm on their scheduled day of arrival. Any guests arriving after 8:00pm on their scheduled day arrival will need to call our afterhours emergency number at 434-924-4479 to check-in.

Guests may checkout at Hereford Residential College on their schedule day of departure from 8:00am-11:00am. Guests must check out before 11:00am on their scheduled day of departure. Any guess leaving prior to 8:00am on their scheduled day of departure will need to return their keys to the Conference Services office located in Page Residence Hall.

A credit card is required for key deposit (but will only be charged if a key is not returned). Additional information is located under Guest Information.
