Conference Services at the University of Virginia, a part of the Housing Division, is your
"one-stop shop" for all conference and event planning needs. We provide four distinct services
to our clients and members of the University Community, including:

- Summer Conference Services
- Year-Round Event Planning
- Summer Student Housing
- Graduation Housing
We have completed a rigorous application process to become nationally certified by the Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors-International (ACCED-I) as a "One-Stop Shop". That means that we offer one contract, one bill and one contact for the client instead of the client having to deal with several different depts., i.e., dining, catering, housing, parking, athletics, police, transportation, etc. and in lieu of the client receiving 10 different bills.
Certification means that our work is reviewed on a regular basis and that U.Va. Conference Services is publicly recognized for adherence to industry best practices. We are now one of a handful of accredited universities across the country.
