Accommodations


Conference Services provides on-Grounds housing for the Charlottesville sessions of the Rare Book School.

We offer non-air conditioned accommodations on the Lawn and Range, and air conditioned accommodations in Brown College (formerly Monroe Hill College). Housekeeping service is provided daily for Rare Book School guests.

Rates


Brown Single - $51.00 per person per night
Brown Double - $41.00 per person per night
Lawn Single - $45.00 per person per night

Note: Lawn rooms are not available for Session I

Reservation Forms


All changes/cancellations to housing reservations must be submitted in writing. Participants are assessed a $50.00 late fee for all reservations made less than one month prior to the start of their conference. Changes and cancellations made less than seven days prior to the participant's arrival will be assessed an additional fee of one night's stay. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee per person for all reservation cancellations. For details please see the Housing Cancellation Form.
