2013 Reunions Weekend HousingMake A Reservation Conference Services works closely with the Alumni Association to provide guests with convenient, cost-efficient housing for their class reunion. Rooms are available from June 6, 2013 to June 9, 2013. AccommodationsConference Services is offering housing in Brown College (formerly Monroe Hill College) and Lambeth Field Apartments (2-bedroom & 3-bedroom) during Reunions Weekend, 2013. Linen and towels are included and housekeeping service is provided daily for Reunions Weekend guests.
It should be noted that rooms are not equipped with hangers, iron or ironing board, hair dryers, or lamps (overhead lighting only). Guests are responsible for supplying their own personal items including shampoo, soap, etc. Please note guests in both accommodations may be sharing a bathroom with other Reunions guests depending on size of party. Please contact Conference Services by email or phone about guests with special needs or any further questions regarding accommodations. RatesConference Services is offering Brown College & Lambeth Field double-occupancy accommodations for a nightly rate of $41.00 per person with a two-night minimum stay. Reservation FormsPlease note that we have limited availability, and all reservations are first-come, first-serve. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee per person for all reservation cancellations.
