2015 Reunions Weekend Housing

Reservations for Reunions Weekend 2015 will begin on November 3, 2014.

Conference Services works closely with the Alumni Association to provide guests with housing for their class reunion. Rooms are available from June 4, 2015 to June 7, 2015.

Pricing


Housing is priced per person, per bed, per night with a two night minimum stay. Payment is due upon registration. Whenever possible, guests in the same reservation will be housed together. Any additions are subject to availability. You may check in as early as Thursday, June 4, 2015 after 2:00pm and check out as late as Sunday, June 7, 2015 before 11:00am.

Accommodations


  • Lambeth Field Apartments: Each bedroom in Lambeth is equipped with two twin beds. Please keep in mind that the price of housing reserves the bed, not the apartment. Guests from different reserving parties will not share the same bedroom but may share the same apartment.
    Price: $ 44.00 per person, per bed, per night.

  • Alderman Road Residence Area:These newly opened air-conditioned residence halls offer traditional hall-style accommodations with double occupancy rooms and loft-style beds. Please keep in mind that the price of housing reserves the bed, not the room. The residence halls also include shared common areas and bathrooms (gender specific). Guests from different reserving parties will not share the same bedroom.
    Price: $ 39.00 per person, per bed, per night.

It should be noted that rooms are not equipped with hangers, iron or ironing board, hair dryers, or lamps (overhead lighting only). Guests are responsible for supplying their own personal items including shampoo, soap, etc.

Reservation Forms


Reservations for Reunions Weekend 2015 will begin on November 3, 2014.

All reservations must be made online with a valid credit card. Please note all cancellations, including removal of individual guests from a reservation, must use the Change and Cancellation Form below in order to be honored. All cancellations will be assessed a $50.00 per-person cancellation fee. Cancellations made before Thursday, May 28, 2015 will be eligible for partial refund. Cancellations made after this date will NOT be eligible for any refund.

Reservations for accommodations on the Lawn or Range are being handled directly by the Alumni Association.
