Conference Services at the University of Virginia is pleased to offer convenient on-Grounds housing for guests
attending Final Exercises. Rooms are available for families and friends of graduating students from Friday, May 21 to Monday, May 24, 2010. All graduating students, including those in professional schools, are
eligible for and may take advantage of, this service.
Conference Services will be offering a two-night package for $140.00 per-person, with
a free third night! You may check in as early as Friday, May 21, 2010 after 2:00 p.m. and check out as late as Monday, May 24, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.

The package includes:
- Two-nights' stay in dormitory rooms (free third night)
- Linen packet that includes one set of sheets, one pillow, one washcloth and one towel
- A complimentary Sunday morning breakfast buffet/brunch
- Free shuttle to-and-from nearby parking areas on Graduation morning
- Free parking (first-come, first-serve)
Conference Services is offering a complimentary full breakfast buffet/brunch on Sunday
morning starting at 6:30 a.m. Each registered guest will receive an admission ticket upon check-in, which
must be presented at the dining hall to gain entrance. Additional tickets for non-residents may be purchased
at the dining hall on Sunday morning.
Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis at Scott Stadium (football arena). Overflow
parking will be available at University Hall (basketball arena). No parking permits are needed for non-reserved
spaces. However, please observe all parking guidelines, i.e. no parking at any time in fire lanes or handicap
spaces. Also, certain parking spaces may be reserved by Parking & Transportation; these will be appropriately
marked.
