Thank you for choosing U.Va. Conference Services again! Please complete the form below before November 1, 2009 to begin your priority registration process. We will make every effort to honor your first choice, but please be aware that there are construction projects planned during summer 2010. Air conditioned housing may be very limited due to this construction; therefore it is important that a second choice be provided to assist in your planning process.

To secure your housing reservation, internal groups must include their PTAO number to be used for the $300.00 per session deposit. External (non-U.Va.) groups will need to send a check for the deposit amount to Conference Services. Both internal and external groups will receive a bill stating the amount and date due.
