Graduation Housing

Reservation Forms

Reservations must be made by the graduating student. Payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made in order for the request to be processed.

The deadline for Graduation Housing reservations is 5:00 p.m. on April 21, 2010. After this time, we cannot guarantee accommodations will be available, and a late fee will apply.

If you need to add guests to your party, please use the Change and Cancellation Form below. If the form is submitted after the deadline, a late fee will apply for the additional guests.

Please note that all cancellations, including removal of individual guests from a reservation, must use the Change and Cancellation Form below in order to be honored. All cancellations will be assessed a $50.00 per-person cancellation fee. Cancellations made before May 14, 2010 will be elgible for partial refund. Cancellations made after this date will be not be eligible for any refund.
