Graduate Students
The University currently reserves housing for graduate students in two areas. Copeley III is located across from the Law School in North Grounds, and offers apartment living with double-occupancy bedrooms. The historic Range area and Crackerbox are located in the center of Grounds. Please note that starting with the Fall 2012 semester, graduate student housing in Copeley III will no longer be available to new residents.Graduate students entering U.Va. for the Spring 2012 semester may simply email us at housing@virginia.edu to request housing for Spring semester. An offer for housing will be sent to you via email. To secure the assignment, you will need to accept the offer and sign the contract.
