Graduate Students
The University reserves housing for graduate students in two areas. Copeley III is located across from the Law School in North Grounds, and offers apartment living with double-occupancy bedrooms. The historic Range area and Crackerbox are located in the center of Grounds.Graduate students entering U.Va. for Spring semester may simply email us at housing@virginia.edu to request housing for Spring semester. An offer for housing will be sent to you via email. To secure the assignment, you will need to accept the offer, sign the contract, and pay the prepayment.
