Welcome to Faculty/Staff Housing at the University of Virginia.

Faculty/Staff Housing is available in a variety of configurations and locations as described in this handbook. Non-tenured faculty, research associates, research assistants, post-doctoral candidates, visiting faculty members and full-time staff members are eligible for housing and are encouraged to apply. As explained in the following pages, certain staff and faculty members are given priority for assignment to various locations.

This handbook will acquaint you with the available facilities, services provided, and regulations governing Faculty/Staff Housing. Please read it carefully. It is a supplement to, and an integral part of, the Housing Agreement for residents of Faculty/Staff Housing.
