Is your room too cold? If your heat appears not to be working, make sure to move furniture and other items to at least three feet away from your radiator, so that the heat can circulate freely throughout the room. Also, check to see if the control valve to your radiator is open: see the heating and cooling instructions for Bice House, Brown College, Cauthen House, Hereford College, Lambeth Field, Shea House and Woody House. If your radiator remains cold to the touch, you can report the problem using the online system above. Please note that some residence areas use "2-pipe" systems where we must make an informed decision on when to switch from cooling to heat, and cannot have both operating at the same time.
