Bice apartments are located south of Cabell Hall, at 583 Brandon Avenue. All apartments are air-conditioned and the building includes laundry facilities.

Apartments in Bice are either two- or three-bedroom, with one or two bathrooms and double occupancy in each bedroom. Each apartment features a large living area for social gathering and studying, and a kitchenette with stove, refrigerator and sink. Apartments are furnished with a sofa, two arm chairs, coffee table, two end tables with lamps, and dining table with chairs. Free basic cable service is included in the living room.
