Lambeth Field Apartments

Located close to Central Grounds. There are 174 apartments in the 24 buildings of Lambeth Field containing either two or three double occupancy bedrooms. Each apartment has a living room, kitchen, and 1½ baths, is air-conditioned, and includes free basic cable service in the living room. Facilities provided within the complex include laundry machines, a vending area, and a convenience store.

The Housing Division is in the process of renovating the Lambeth building interiors during the summer months over the course of several years. Buildings 450 and 452 were renovated in 2007, and buildings 454 and 456 were renovated in 2008. Most recently, buildings 458, 460 and 462 were renovated during the summer of 2009.

  • Window shades or blinds (must be left in place)
  • Off-white walls
  • Carpeted floors in living area
  • Individual data connections to the University's computer network
  • Telephone unit with local service and voice-mail
