Lambeth Field Apartments

Located close to Central Grounds, all 174 apartments in the 24 buildings of Lambeth Field contain either two or three double-occupancy bedrooms. Each apartment is air-conditioned and has 1½ or 2 baths, a living room and kitchen with stove, refrigerator and sink.

Apartments are furnished with a sofa, two arm chairs, coffee table, two end tables with lamps, and dining table with chairs. Free basic cable service is included in the living room. The complex provides laundry machines, a vending area, and a convenience store.

Housing & Residence Life is in the process of renovating the Lambeth building interiors over the course of several years. Seventeen buildings (450-463, 465, 467, 469 and 471) were renovated during the last five summers, and the remaining seven buildings are scheduled to be renovated during summer 2012. Renovations include replacement of all carpet, flooring, kitchen cabinets and appliances, bathroom fixtures, lighting, furniture, water heaters, doors and locks.

  • 2 extra-long twin beds [80" x 36"]
  • 2 desks with chairs (renovated buildings only: carrels included with desks)

  • Window shades or blinds (must be left in place)
  • Carpeted floors in living area, carpet or tile in bedrooms
  • Individual data connections to the University's computer network
