Off-Grounds Housing

Upperclass students have the option to pursue off-Grounds housing options. If you have decided to live in off-Grounds housing, the University of Virginia Foundation Properties are associated with the University, but not operated by the Housing Division.

The University also has an Office of Off-Grounds Housing. For further information, you may visit their web site at University Off-Grounds Housing. The Off-Grounds Housing Office is supported by U.Va. Student Government and is not affiliated with the Housing Division.

The University does not offer assistance in finding housing off Grounds. However, we have provided this page to help point you to some useful resources.
