Orchard House Sleeping Rooms

The Orchard House is on the Faulkner property
in North Grounds, conveniently located within
walking distance of Central Grounds, the Darden
School, and the University Law Schools. Both
University and City buses provide service to this
area. U.Va. Departments must sponsor short-term
faculty in order for reservations to be
made for these rooms. Please see the
Faculty/Staff Housing Handbook for more
information.
The sleeping rooms are arranged with furniture,
and linens are provided. Each room has a
private entrance and a private full bath. A microfridge
(combination refrigerator, freezer, and
microwave) and a window air conditioning unit
are provided. Internet service is also provided.
Laundry facilities are located in
the Faulkner Housing complex nearby. While a
telephone unit is provided, residents must arrange
for any telephone service.
