[Area Photo] The original Maury family farmhouse has been converted into four apartments: one three-bedroom apartment is rented to faculty and staff, and the one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments are are used for short-term housing. Each apartment has a living room/dining area, a kitchen, and a full bath. The kitchen and bathroom have tile floors, and the rest of the apartment is in hardwood flooring. A storage bin for each apartment and coin-operated laundry facilities are located in the basement.

The Piedmont neighborhood is conveniently located near the Fontaine Industrial Park and less than one mile from Central Grounds and the U.Va. Hospital. Both U.Va. buses and City buses provide service here.
