Piedmont Ranch-Style Houses

[Area Photo] These cozy ranch-style homes are single-story with full, unfinished basements, a living room, kitchen/dining area, three bedrooms, and one and a half baths. There are hardwood floors throughout the house except in the kitchen and baths, and there are mini-blinds on the windows. Kitchens include a dishwasher, refrigerator and stove, and laundry hook-ups are provided. There are fourteen of these homes in the Piedmont neighborhood. All are unfurnished. Each home has central air conditioning.

The Piedmont neighborhood is conveniently located near the Fontaine Industrial Park and less than one mile from Central Grounds and the U.Va. Hospital. Both U.Va. buses and City buses provide service here.
