Piedmont Split-Level Houses

[Area Photo] There are two split-level homes in the Piedmont neightborhood. These homes have a living room, kitchen/dining area, three bedrooms, and one and a half baths. There are hardwood floors throughout the house except in the kitchen and baths, and mini-blinds are on the windows. Kitchens include a dishwasher, refrigerator and stove, and laundry hook-ups are provided. Both homes are unfurnished, and each has central air conditioning.

The Piedmont neighborhood is conveniently located near the Fontaine Industrial Park and less than one mile from Central Grounds and the U.Va. Hospital. Both U.Va. buses and City buses provide service here.
