Guillaume Le Blanc is a professor of philosophy at the Université Michel de Montaigne, Bordeaux 3. He is editor of Presses Universitaires de France’s collection entitled "Pratiques théoriques" [theoretical practices] and has been since 1999 a member of the editorial committee of the magazine Esprit. Theory Dessert: Sustainability

An afternoon event to gather together faculty and students in discussion of theory related to Sustainability. Deborah Lawrence (Associate Prof. of Environmental Sciences) will lead a discussion on an article by Joshua J. Yates (Managing Director of the Institute for Advanced Studies in Culture and Research Assistant Professor of Sociology) in the latest issue of the Hedgehog review, Abundance on Trial: The Cultural Significance of "Sustainability".
