- The NEXT MEETING of the GWPSC is on September 16. The meeting is being held at the DEQ offices at 629 East Main Street in dowtown Richmond. Items on the agenda include the Annual Report, the GWPSC web site, and future activities under the state's 106 grant from the U.S. EPA.
