Program Manager, Institute for Environmental Negotiation, University of Virginia

- Virginia Natural Resources Leadership Institute: As Program Manager, Ms. Wilkinson organizes each of the VNRLI sessions, designs and implements the course curriculum with the Faculty team, manages the program’s budget and grants, and develops issue briefs for use in the course.
- UVa Center of Expertise for Superfund Site Recycling: Along with Bruce Dotson, Ms. Wilkinson conducts research on the role of local governments in the reuse of contaminated sites.
- Madison County Task Force for Sustainable Growth: Ms. Wilkinson researched and wrote a series of articles on growth dynamics in Madison County.
- Fluvanna Heritage Forum: Ms. Wilkinson worked with Tanya Denckla to organize and facilitate the third Heritage Forum in Fluvanna County.
- Rappahannock-Rapidan Regional Visioning Process: Ms. Wilkinson gathered and analyzed community input from five counties for the Rappahannock-Rapidan Regional Visioning Process.
