

Start your day cycling through moderate and high intensities in rides simulating training outdoors. Rides will include sprinting, climbing uphill, and interval training in both seated and standing positions to increase speed and endurance. Instructors: Erica Perkins & Amy Kokemor
This class actively combines strength and flexibility into a dynamic workout. The sequence of movements is designed to counter-balance the stresses of sedentary life and promote the practical application of strength and flexibility throughout one's daily activities. This class is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class that incorporates simple moves to dance such as Cha Cha, Salsa, Reggaeton, Rumba, and more! Zumba combines fast and slow rhythms with steps that are easy to follow and moves that allow you to achieve both cardio and strength benefits. No prior dance experience needed. This moderate to high intensity class incorporates drills that will focus on speed, power, agility and strength to provide a dynamic conditioning workout. Class will meet both indoors and outdoors weather permitting. Prior fitness experience recommended but not required. Instructor: Cathy Pales
