Massage Therapy is a safe and effective
treatment that benefits people of all ages and walks of life, offering
a non-invasive and drug-free approach to assist the body's natural
ability to heal itself. A popular type of bodywork, Massage Therapy
is defined as an application of various techniques to the muscular
structure and soft tissues of the human body. This service is available
to students and members and their guests.
Personal Fitness Training is your
opportunity to meet one-on-one with a trained fitness
professional to develop a program specifically designed to meet
your needs and interests. You may also put together a group
of up to five friends and train together! Let our trainers
help you maximize your workout and minimize risk of injury. Registration
for Personal Training is ongoing at the IM-Rec Sports Business Office
in the Aquatic & Fitness Center.
