Fitness classes are not a part of the
drop-in schedule.
By
registering for these classes you will guarantee your spot in the
class each week. Your instructor will take you through a progressive
class throughout the course of the semester. Each class will build on
the previous class slowly introducing new techniques, exercises and information.
The goal is to equip you with the knowledge and endurance you need to
live fit for life!
