Scheduling
- Appointments must be scheduled and prepaid 24 hours in advance.
- Scheduling can be done through the Intramural-Recreational Sports
Business Office, M–F,
8 AM–5:30 PM. - Phone reservations will be accepted with credit card payment only. Please call 434.924.3791.
- Reservations/payments can be made in person with check, cash, Cav Advantage, or all major credit cards.
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance during business hours (Mon-Fri 8:00–5:30 PM) to avoid being charged for the scheduled appointment.
