Scheduling
- Appointments must be scheduled and prepaid 24 hours in advance.
- Scheduling can be done through the Intramural-Recreational Sports
Business Office, M–F,
8 AM–5:30 PM. - Phone reservations will be accepted with credit card payment only. Please call 434.924.3791.
- Reservations/payments can be made in person with check, cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Cav Advantage.
- Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance during business hours to avoid being charged for the scheduled appointment.
