Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled and prepaid 24 hours in advance.

Scheduling can be done through the Intramural-Recreational Sports Business Office, business hours are online.

Phone reservations will be accepted with credit card payment only. Please call 434.924.3791.

Reservations/payments can be made in person with check, cash, Cav Advantage, or all major credit cards.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance during business hours to avoid being charged for the scheduled appointment.
